A Little More About ...
Relationship Theory Model (RTM)

The Relationship Theory Model (RTM) is a research-backed, results-driven approach that helps individuals and couples rewire unhelpful attachment patterns and build secure, lasting connections. Rooted in attachment science and neuroscience, RTM provides practical, real-time tools to break old cycles and create healthier relationship dynamics.
Whether you’re coming to therapy alone or as a couple, RTM focuses on creating meaningful change, not just understanding patterns.
In October 2024, I was honored to be one of only 16 therapists worldwide selected for the first-ever RTM training cohort. After a year of intensive study, I am now officially an RTM professional, bringing this transformative model into my work with clients.

How The RTM Approach is Different from Traditional Therapy

Most traditional therapy is designed for individuals and focuses on insight over time. While helpful, it often doesn’t address the relationship patterns that keep couples stuck — and it can feel slow when what you really need is change.

My relationship-based approach is different. Here’s how:

- The Focus is on “We,” not just “Me”
Instead of looking only at individual experiences, we work directly on the interaction cycles between you and your partner — the patterns that fuel conflict and disconnection.

- Immersive Sessions, Faster Progress
Beyond weekly telehealth therapy, I offer in-person intensives and workshops. These immersive sessions give you concentrated time to go deeper, gain clarity, and see meaningful shifts more quickly.

- Rooted in Relationship Science
Traditional therapy often emphasizes skills and coping strategies. My approach integrates attachment and relationship science, helping you not only communicate better but also feel safer and more connected.

- Real-Time Practice
You won’t just talk about your struggles — you’ll experience new ways of reaching for each other during sessions, building lasting closeness and trust.
